iOS 9.3.1 is Out

Hi there, as you may know already. iOS 9.3 did cause some application to hang while clicking on links. Apple had release iOS 9.3.1 to resolved this issue.

Please upgrade to iOS 9.3.1 if you are already on 9.3 and facing issues.
